Bequest Language

The following official bequest language may be used by you and your attorney in preparing your bequest to benefit Scott & White Healthcare:

"I, [name], of [city, state, ZIP], give, devise and bequeath to the Scott & White Healthcare Foundation, a Texas non-profit corporation located in the City of Temple, County of Bell, State of Texas, [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted use and purpose."

If you choose to name the Scott & White Healthcare Foundation as a beneficiary of your estate, please let us know of your plans so we may express our appreciation to you as well as aid in future plans for Scott & White Healthcare.
